Eid: Oluremi Tinubu rolls out N1.2bn, 100 trucks of rice for northern households

Nigeria's First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, officially launched a significant humanitarian initiative on Thursday in Kaduna, aimed at providing assistance to vulnerable households in the northern region of the country. The program includes the distribution of 100 trucks of rice and financial support amounting to N1.2 billion, which will benefit households across the 19 northern states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). This initiative is being carried out in collaboration with the Office of the First Lady and is part of ongoing efforts to alleviate poverty and support those in need during the Eid celebrations.
