During the 197th inaugural lecture at the Federal University of Technology Akure, Professor Sesan Peter Ayodeji emphasized the importance of adopting a people-centred approach in engineering practices within Nigeria. The professor, who specializes in Machine and Process Design and Applied Ergonomics, urged stakeholders in the engineering sector to prioritize human factors and process-driven methodologies to enhance manufacturing outcomes.
