President Bola Tinubu has officially appointed Rilwan Lanre Babalola as the new Special Adviser on Power, effective Thursday, April 30. In addition to this role, Babalola will also assume the position of Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Power Sector Reset and Restoration. The announcement was made by Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, who provided details regarding Babalola's dual responsibilities in the power sector.
