The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has successfully conducted a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for over 6,200 candidates who were shortlisted for its Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship Programme. This examination represents a significant milestone in the selection process for the 2026 academic year. The test took place at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology in Port Harcourt, where candidates from the nine Niger Delta states participated. The NDDC aims to support the educational advancement of individuals from the region through this initiative.
