The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved rail projects valued at $2.9 billion for Lagos, Kano, and Kaduna, as stated by Oyedele. He explained that the financing for these projects will be managed through the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI), which will also involve counterpart funding arrangements. This initiative aims to enhance transportation infrastructure in these key regions of Nigeria. The approval reflects the government's commitment to improving rail connectivity and supporting economic growth.
