The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has officially updated its website to reflect David Mark as the national chairman and Rauf Aregbesola as the national secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), following a recent Supreme Court ruling. This update, observed on Thursday evening, reverses INEC's earlier decision made in April to remove the Mark-led executive from its portal, which was based on a previous appeal court ruling regarding the party's leadership dispute. The Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision delivered by a five-member panel led by Mohammed Garba, directed Mark to return to the Federal High Court for further proceedings on the leadership issues within the ADC. Consequently, the ADC's page on the INEC website has been restored to include the complete list of the party's leadership under Mark's administration.
