This update confirms Mark's position as National Chairman, with Rauf Aregbesola serving as National Secretary, alongside Dr. Mani Ahmad as National Treasurer, Akibu Dalhatu as National Financial Secretary, and Prof. Oserheimen Osunbor as National Legal Adviser. The reinstatement follows a Supreme Court ruling that voided a previous Court of Appeal directive, which had led to the removal of their names from INEC's records. While this ruling has resolved the immediate issue of recognition, the substantive legal challenge regarding the leadership's validity remains pending in the Federal High Court.
