An unidentified man conducted a solitary protest at the All Progressives Congress (APC) national secretariat in Abuja on Friday, claiming he was left unsupported after investing over N30 million in the party's 2023 election campaign. The protester, wearing an APC-branded blue shirt, held a placard demanding recognition and assistance, stating that he had sold his house to finance campaign activities and was now homeless and in debt. He alleged that following the elections, he received no compensation and faced threats from the party's Chief Security Officer. The man expressed his distress over the financial burden affecting his ability to care for his children, stating that he had to leave them with the CSO due to his inability to provide for them. Security personnel monitored the situation, but no APC officials addressed the protester during the incident, which has since sparked varied reactions on social media.
