Hon. Kabiru Adamu Abdullahi, a prominent leader within the Kwankwasiyya movement in Dala Local Government Area of Kano State, has officially resigned from the All Democratic Congress (ADC). In a resignation letter dated May 1, 2026, addressed to the party chairman in Kofar Ruwa Ward, Abdullahi stated that he was leaving the party effective immediately. This decision comes on the orders of Rabiu Kwankwaso, the founder of the Kwankwasiyya movement, signaling a significant shift within the local political landscape.
