In the early hours of Saturday, terrorists attacked the Tenibo community in the Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State, resulting in the deaths of three mobile police officers. This incident occurred just 11 days after a similar attack in the Kemanji community, where three soldiers were killed following an extended gunfight. The assault has led to widespread panic among residents, prompting many to flee to safer areas. Local officials, including the Chairman of Kaiama Local Government, Alhaji Abubakar Danladi, confirmed the incident and stated that efforts are being made to collaborate with state and federal authorities to address the ongoing security challenges in the region.
