The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has raised concerns regarding the Federal Government's allocation of resources, specifically criticizing the ongoing construction of a N25 billion church building at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. In a statement issued by the Executive Director, Professor Ishaq Akintola, the organization accused the government of exhibiting favoritism towards Christians. Additionally, Professor Akintola condemned the government's decision to allocate N2 billion for the project, asserting that such actions undermine the principles of equity and fairness in the treatment of different religious groups.
