The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has announced a partnership with Galaxy Backbone Limited (GBB) to enhance Nigeria's digital economy through the provision of subsidised sovereign cloud services for startups. This initiative is part of NITDA's iHatch programme, which aims to support emerging businesses in the technology sector. According to a statement from Hadiza, the Director of Corporate Communications and Media Relations at NITDA, this collaboration is expected to foster innovation and growth among Nigerian startups by making cloud services more accessible and affordable.
