Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, the Oluwo of Iwo, expressed his approval of the Federal Government's decision to rehabilitate the 90.9-kilometre Òṣogbo-Iwo-Ibadan road. He stated that the initiative would significantly alleviate transportation challenges faced by travelers on this route. The Oluwo emphasized that the rehabilitation project is expected to boost economic and commercial activities between Osun and neighboring regions, thereby fostering regional development. Oba Akanbi specifically commended President Bola Tinubu for his role in approving the project.
