The Kano-Jigawa-Katsina-Maradi Railway Project has reached a significant milestone, with 60 percent of the construction completed. The Federal Government has set a target for full delivery of the project by December 2027. Ali Bukar, the Resident Engineer from the Federal Ministry of Transportation responsible for overseeing section two of the project, provided this update during a recent site visit in Jigawa conducted by the Presidential Media Team. The project aims to enhance transportation infrastructure in the region and facilitate economic growth.
