Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc has announced that its shareholders have approved a final dividend of ₦11.76 per 50 kobo ordinary share, resulting in a total dividend payout of ₦12.76 per share for the 2025 financial year. This decision was made during the Company’s Fifth Annual General Meeting, which took place virtually on April 28, 2026. In addition to the dividend approval, shareholders also elected new directors as part of the resolutions passed during the meeting.
