The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has expressed concern regarding the reported delays in medical treatment for victims of a tragic road accident that resulted in the deaths of four individuals, including students from the University of Cross River State. The incident involved a total of 24 students and a staff member, highlighting the severity of the situation. The Joint Campus Council in Cross River State has called for immediate action to ensure that all affected individuals receive prompt and adequate medical care. NANS is advocating for improved emergency response measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
