Constitutional lawyer Fred Nzeako has stated that the Supreme Court's decision to refer the African Democratic Congress (ADC) back to the Federal High Court should not be viewed as a setback for the party. This ruling came after the Supreme Court annulled a previous decision by the Court of Appeal, which had barred the recognition of Senator David Mark's candidacy. Nzeako emphasized that the referral allows the ADC an opportunity to address the issues raised in the lower court, potentially strengthening their position moving forward.
