The bulletin highlights the risk of unusual heavy rainfall, particularly in the Central Highlands, which may lead to flash flooding and significant damage across various sectors. Forecasts predict intense rainfall of up to 150 mm in areas like Dhamar and Ibb, while the Wadi Zabid region faces a high flood risk.
