Additionally, the screening process for the aspirants is scheduled to take place from May 8 to May 12, 2026, with the announcement of those who successfully passed the screening set for May 13, 2026. This decision to extend the deadlines follows earlier timelines established by the party and aims to accommodate the requests of stakeholders, allowing more candidates the opportunity to participate in the electoral process.
