Twenty law undergraduates from the University of Lagos (UNILAG) have been awarded educational grants totaling N20 million. Each student received N1 million as part of the scholarship initiative established in memory of the late Professor Jelili Adebisi Omotola, who was the seventh Vice Chancellor of the university from 1995 to 2000. The grants aim to support the academic pursuits of these students and honor Professor Omotola's contributions to the institution. The presentation of the scholarships took place in a ceremony that highlighted the importance of educational support for future legal practitioners.
