The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) has formalized a partnership with two Chinese companies, Sanjiang Chemical Company Limited and Xingcheng (Fuzhou) Industrial Park Operation and Management Co. Ltd, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement focuses on establishing a Technical Equity Partnership (TEP) that aims to facilitate the completion and operational management of the Port Harcourt and Warri refineries. The collaboration is expected to enhance the capacity and efficiency of these critical facilities in Nigeria's oil sector.
