A Federal High Court in Lagos has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of lawyer Ayo Adelaja, Quattro Architects Ltd, and Ejeta Etuoniyo, who are facing charges of obtaining money by false pretenses. The defendants are being prosecuted by the Special Fraud Unit (SFU) of the Nigeria Police Force. The order was issued by Justice Yellin Bogoro after the defendants failed to appear in court for their scheduled hearing. The case involves an alleged fraud amounting to N115 million.
