Police arrests foreigner, 76 Nigerians with Russian flag during #EndBadGovernance protest in Kano

Police operatives in Kano have arrested 76 persons found with 25 Russian flags during the ongoing #EndBadGovernance protest in the state. Also arrested was a Nigerien who allegedly made the flags.
