Transnational Corporation Plc, known as Transcorp Group, announced a total dividend distribution of N20.3 billion during its 20th Annual General Meeting held at the Transcorp Centre in Abuja. This dividend translates to N2 per share for shareholders, which includes an interim payment of N4.06 billion, or 40 kobo per share, that was disbursed in August 2025. The declaration reflects the company's commitment to rewarding its investors amidst its operational performance.
