The Federal High Court in Abuja has issued a conviction in absentia against James Nolan, a British national and director of Process and Industrial Development (P&ID) Ltd. The court found him guilty of several offenses, including money laundering, forgery, and obtaining by false pretenses. Justice Obiora Egwuatu also convicted Micad Project City in connection with the case. The judgment was delivered on May 12, marking a significant development in the ongoing legal proceedings related to the P&ID scandal.
