A coalition of 25 civil society organizations has formally requested that Dr. Bosun Tijani, the Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, along with Yomi Arowosafe, the Secretary of the Universal Service Provision Fund (USPF), provide a public account regarding the N26.9 billion identified in the September 2025 Auditor-General’s report. The organizations emphasized the importance of transparency and accountability in the management of public funds. This appeal was articulated in a communique issued by the coalition, highlighting concerns over the missing funds and the need for a thorough explanation from the relevant authorities.
