The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Ogun 1 Area Command, has reported the interception of 10,126 parcels of cannabis sativa across various locations in Ogun State. The total Duty Paid Value (DPV) of the seized drugs is estimated at N743,400,000. This significant operation was announced by the Area Comptroller, Mr. Olukayode Afeni, during a handover ceremony to Mr. Williams Ekundayo, the Commander of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency. The seizure underscores ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking in the region.
