Abba Anas Adamu, a former member of the House of Representatives and a prominent member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has reportedly died while in captivity after being kidnapped alongside his associate, Ali Gantsa, on the Kaduna – Abuja highway. The 66-year-old politician was actively campaigning for the governorship seat of Jigawa State in the upcoming 2027 elections.
