The Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled July 13 for the delivery of judgment in a case involving eight Chinese nationals and two other individuals, who are facing allegations related to illegal mining activities. The date was set by Justice James Omotosho following the adoption of final arguments by both the Prosecution Counsel, Adeola Adedipe, and the defense counsel, Oladimeji Ekengba. The case has drawn significant attention due to its implications for foreign involvement in Nigeria's mining sector.
