Kelvin Evans, aged 41, has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to charges related to the theft of an unreleased song by the artist Beyoncé. The incident occurred in July 2025, during which Evans unlawfully entered an automobile and committed criminal trespass. In addition to his prison term, the court has imposed a three-year probation period following his release.
