Qatar Charity has successfully distributed food baskets to Syrian refugees residing in the Azraq and Zaatari camps in Jordan. This initiative, carried out in collaboration with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), took place over four days, with teams dedicating two days to each camp. A total of 2,000 food baskets were provided, benefiting around 16,000 individuals, with each basket containing essential food items sufficient to meet the needs of families for an entire month. This effort aims to enhance food security and alleviate the living conditions of refugees, aligning with Qatar Charity's mission to support vulnerable populations and promote resilience among displaced families in the region.
