He highlighted that the treatment of Russia under the Trump administration mirrors the current stance taken by the Biden administration. Lavrov also noted a significant decline in Indian oil imports from Russia, attributing this change to the sanctions imposed on major Russian oil producers, Rosneft and Lukoil.
