FG establishes over 8,000 learning centres for adult literacy

The Federal Government has announced the establishment of over 8,000 learning centres across the country aimed at enhancing access to adult literacy and non-formal education. Dr. John Edeh, the Director of the National Commission for Mass Literacy, Adult and Non-Formal Education (NMEC), made this revelation during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Thursday. This initiative is part of the government's efforts to improve educational opportunities for adults and promote lifelong learning in Nigeria.
