The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has apprehended a 22-year-old individual, Sani Ismail, in connection with the vandalism of railway materials associated with the Federal Government’s Kaduna-Kano railway project. The arrest took place in Kano, as confirmed by the command’s spokesperson, SC Ibrahim Idris Abdullahi. Ismail, a resident of Kuya village in the Ikara Local Government Area of Kaduna State, is now facing charges related to the destruction of public infrastructure. The NSCDC continues to investigate the incident to prevent further acts of vandalism.
