During his keynote address at the 13th Africa CEO Forum held at the Kigali Convention Centre, Rabiu recounted his experience of being denied entry into South Africa while noting that European nationals were granted free access. The forum, which has attracted over 2,000 CEOs, investors, heads of state, and policymakers from more than 75 countries, is centered around the theme “Scale or Die.” Rabiu's remarks highlighted ongoing challenges in regional mobility and access within Africa, emphasizing the need for improved policies to facilitate growth and collaboration across the continent.
