The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has reported over 276 incidents of power tower vandalism nationwide from 2022 to 2025. This information was revealed by Adeshina Adeonipekun, the General Manager of the Lagos Region, during a public sensitization program held in Itori, located in the Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State. The program aimed to raise awareness about the risks associated with vandalizing TCN infrastructure and its impact on the power supply.
