The Badminton Federation of Nigeria (BFN) has introduced an extensive reform initiative consisting of 11 committees aimed at enhancing grassroots sports and coach development. Francis Orbih, the President of BFN, announced this plan during a press conference in Abuja following a two-day retreat held at the ANOCA building, which involved board members and technical experts. The reform program is designed to focus on structured planning and the long-term progression of athletes at all levels of the sport, reflecting the federation's commitment to fostering a sustainable badminton environment in Nigeria.
