While large-scale cross-border displacement has not been observed, there is a notable increase in temporary internal relocations and outward migration interest among vulnerable populations due to housing damage and livelihood loss. In Lebanon, a fragile ceasefire has led to a temporary stabilization of population movements, although many households face ongoing insecurity and infrastructure challenges that hinder their return home. The situation remains fluid, with continued monitoring and operational readiness essential as the humanitarian consequences of the conflict persist.
