The Federal High Court 1 in Calabar has ruled against a fundamental rights enforcement suit brought by Ezea Isidora Kamchukwube and her business associates. The plaintiffs, who claimed to be illegal patent medicine dealers, filed the case against the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, designated as suit No: FHC/CA/FHR/39/2025. The court's dismissal indicates that the claims made by the plaintiffs did not meet the necessary legal standards for enforcement of their rights in this context.
