The Federal High Court 1 in Calabar has ruled against a fundamental rights enforcement suit brought by Ezea Isidora Kamchukwube and her business associates. The plaintiffs, who claimed to be illegal patent medicine dealers, filed the case against the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, designated as suit No: FHC/CA/FHR/39/2025.
