Residents of Agatu County in Benue State have voiced their concerns regarding security issues, prompting local youth leaders to call for the withdrawal of military personnel stationed in the area. The leaders publicly criticized the troops for their perceived inability to effectively tackle the rising insecurity that has affected the predominantly Christian community. In light of these challenges, the youth leaders are advocating for the deployment of Mobile Police forces to better address the safety needs of the residents.
