ADC Postpones Presidential, Governorship Screening

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has officially postponed its presidential and governorship screening exercise, which was originally set for this weekend. This announcement was made by Bolaji Abdullahi, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, who stated that the new date for the screening is now scheduled for Monday, 18th May 2026. Additionally, due to security concerns in certain areas of Northern Nigeria, the screening for affected federal lawmaker aspirants will be relocated to Abuja. The party has assured all impacted aspirants that they will receive updated schedules and further details regarding the changes.
