In response, Dada Olusegun, Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, defended the delegation's composition, which included prominent Nigerian industrialists, and emphasized that the trips are strategically designed to attract investments and enhance trade relations. The statement also highlighted the significant investment commitments achieved in various sectors and urged Obi to prioritize factual discourse over populist rhetoric, while addressing his shifting political affiliations.
