The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has issued a warning regarding the latest Ebola outbreak, confirming that there is currently no vaccine available for the strain affecting the region. Recent tests have identified a victim in Uganda as being infected with the Bundibugyo strain of the virus, which was first recognized in 2007. The outbreak has resulted in a rising death toll, which has now reached 80 individuals. Health authorities are urging heightened vigilance and response measures to contain the spread of the virus.
