The African Democratic Congress has announced a rescheduling of its presidential and governorship aspirant screening exercise to Monday, May 18, 2026, which was initially planned for the weekend. Bolaji Abdullahi, the National Publicity Secretary, confirmed that the screening for federal lawmaker aspirants from regions in northern Nigeria affected by security issues will now take place in Abuja, rather than at their previously designated locations.
