On May 14, the city of Baku hosted the inaugural General Assembly of the Global South NGO Platform (GSNP), which convened civil society leaders and representatives from over 110 countries spanning Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Pacific. This significant event was part of the ongoing Baku Urban Week, aimed at fostering dialogue and collaboration among developing nations. The assembly highlighted the increasing cooperation and solidarity among these countries in addressing common challenges and advancing shared goals.
