The North-Central APC Forum has expressed significant dissatisfaction regarding the recent State and National Assembly primaries conducted by the All Progressives Congress (APC), indicating that over 50 percent of party members nationwide are unhappy with the process. In a statement from its Chairman, Alhaji Saleh Zazzaga, the Forum highlighted concerns over the alleged monetization and commercialization of the primaries, which they claim resulted in widespread irregularities such as arbitrary disqualifications and conflicting results. Additionally, the Forum noted that many aspirants who were disqualified have rejected their status and are considering legal action. They urged the national leadership of the APC to address the issues raised to avert a potential crisis that could impact the party's performance in the upcoming 2027 general elections.
