The World Health Organization has dispatched emergency supplies to Bunia, a city in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, in response to the ongoing Ebola outbreak. Health Minister Samuel Roger Kamba reported that the outbreak has resulted in 136 confirmed deaths and approximately 543 suspected cases. The WHO's intervention aims to bolster local health efforts and contain the spread of the virus in the affected regions.
