Nasarawa State Governor Engineer Abdullahi Sule has secured the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial primary election for the Nasarawa North Senatorial District. In the election, Sule garnered a total of 47,393 votes, significantly outpacing his sole rival, Silas Ali Agara, who received 2,915 votes. The governor's victory margin exceeded 44,000 votes, and he was officially declared the winner by the party's Returning Officer. This win positions Sule as the APC candidate for the upcoming senatorial election.
