The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has successfully dismantled a methamphetamine syndicate operating between Nigeria and Mexico, resulting in the seizure of drugs valued at ₦480 billion in a forest in Ogun State. In the operation, ten individuals were arrested, including the alleged kingpin of the syndicate, three Mexican nationals, and six Nigerian accomplices. The agency continues to intensify its efforts to combat drug trafficking and related crimes in the country.
