Detectives from the Mowe Division of the Ogun State Police Command have apprehended a couple, Oluwarankami Kehinde Ugochukwu and Ugochukwu Mathew, in connection with a child theft operation. The arrests were made after a complaint was filed by a local resident on May 17 at approximately 10:00 AM, prompting an investigation into the matter. During the operation, police successfully rescued three children who had been reported missing. The case highlights ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat child trafficking and ensure the safety of vulnerable individuals in the community.
